#readkatjackson Full Challenge

As a romance reader the genre has opened me up to a whole new world. Romance authors and particularly indie romance authors tell stories that remind me of the careful balance of human connection and the hope of a loving connection. I have a short list of authors who I constantly recommend and Katrina Jackson is on this shortlist.

With that being said, I wanted to think of a way to support her work, which lead me to the #readkatjackson challenge. I've been posting on social media but also wanted to have a central place to post about the challenge. The official Twitter thread can be found here and you can check out my IG stories as well. 

So what is #readkatjackson it's a reading challenge to encourage you to read as many books from Katrina's backlist. She has quite a catalogue so the problem will be which book to read. The reading challenge was hosted from August 21-28, 2021. Each day I posted a prompt to help you along the week.

Day 5 -  Book Recommendation Grand Theft N.Y.E

Disclaimer- I should note I have a lot of favorites but I wanted to make sure there wasn't any duplication so I ripped the band aid off to make these solutions. They are all my favorites except Lamont and Asif. I said what I said. 🤷🏾

• Character Darren from Online Shopping (Patreon exclusive). Darren is an anxious introvert who wants to be a good husband, father, and boyfriend. His inner dialogue is so precious. 
• Couple Maya and Kenny this should be a no brainer. Kenny is attentive and really cares about Maya in a way that supports her. She's a sex worker who doesn't have to give up her work to be in love and we don't see that a lot in romance 😒
• Book Location The Family series we get to traipse around Italy, need I say more. 
• Series The Spies Who Loved Her I mean this should be a no brainer too. This series really highlights Katrina's imagination, we get polyamorous rep, romantic suspense, erotica, queer rep, and dare I say a bit of comedy. What's not to love except Lamont and Asif. 😂
• Book Cover this cover just screams SEX!!!! 
• All Around Hehe Office Hours is in the vault as on of my ALL time favorite books so if you need a romance recommendation I WILL recommend this book. And, yes I own it in every format. I'm waiting for the audiobook to drop because I will have it on instant replay.
