The beauty of being a book blogger is I find out about books backlist and new releases just by scrolling through my social media. Beyond making friends with other readers, getting recommendations from them is such a benefit to be in this community. It takes the guessing work out of picking up my next read. If you noticed there's a common theme, if it's a romance recommendation, I probably read it. So the moral of the story is you should only recommend romance to me. Just kidding (but seriously you know I love romance). I have a bit of work to do to get caught up no my reading but hey, I love it when a bookish friend says I think you would like this book and I do!
